Terms of service

Wallpaper Decor can offer a speed freight option, which is a next day service (if orders are placed before 13h00 Monday through Friday). The postage fees are more costly, but the option is available if the order is urgent. Please note that UTI Couriers cannot post products to a P O Box address or to a Township. This is a track-&-track courier-to-courier services - please contact us if you prefer a door-to-door delivery.

Postage charges will only be calculated after completion of your order.

Please be sure to provide a correct e-mail address on your order. Orders will not be processed or posted without charges having been approved by the client.

Please note that orders are only placed once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has been cleared - this means that if you pay by cheque the order is only placed +/- 10 working days later after the cheque has cleared.

-Wallpaper Decor assumes no liability for orders posted to incorrect or incomplete postage addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

-If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all postage charges for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to the refusal.

Please allow additional time for orders posted outside the main city centers.

Please note that Wallpaper Decor acts on your behalf by enlisting the services of the courier. Wallpaper Decor does not act as the courier and cannot be held responsible for delays or any other problems on the couriers behalf. We can track-&-trace your order which is automatically insured against damage in transit.
